This is a great opportunity to join a busy Accounts Team at their corporate Head Office in Oxford. 

This role is to be responsible for processing the daily amendments for all sites, liaising with the site teams and Management Accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ongoing monitoring and reporting of site inefficiencies in relation to amendments and identifying training needs. 

Training and support will be provided. 

Key Tasks 

• Processing daily amendments received from site teams 

• Liaising with site teams on amendments to ensure accuracy 

• To understand the complexities of different site structures, room types, lease/booking lengths and types, weekly rates and charge types 

• Liaising with the Management Accountants & Site Managers on an ongoing basis to identify and rectify errors and to understand the impact on the month end reporting using the Occupancy Report 

• Working with the IT department to identify that all booking types are accurate and updated on an annual basis in line with approved weekly rates 

Monitoring and identifying site requirements for additional training 

• Identifying knowledge and training requirements of the site teams with a direct impact on the amendment process 

Return of Deposits 

• Assist the Management Accountants with the Return of Deposits in line with regulations when required 

• Preparing and training site teams on the necessary amendments processes 

• Identifying regional statistics in relation to the types of amendments which are being processed and if there is a correlation of inefficiencies in specific types of amendment. 

• This role will be a platform for ongoing development of individual so as to identify potential candidates for progression to Management Accountants
