If so, CRM Students invites you to apply for an exciting opportunity at our site in Swansea!

Role Details:

  • Full Time - Maternity Cover - 12 Months 
  • Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties related to the delivery of services to students, staff, and clients.
  • Establish and maintain professional work practices and procedures to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
  • Take responsibility for the safekeeping of monies/float and handle the banking of receipts in line with CRM’s cash handling procedures.
  • Control and issue keys or access devices, including administration related to car parking (if applicable), following established residence procedures.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about current and future developments.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with all service users, including students, staff, and external clients.
  • Accurately maintain records in collaboration with the Accommodation Management Team.
  • Under supervision, manage all risk and safety concerns within the property.
