The role will initially start as a painting and decorating role across 3 sites to help our other maintenance operative catch up on property refurbishment and then continue into a Maintenance and repair role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Repair: Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults and execute repairs with precision and expertise, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
- Luxury Upkeep: Install high-end white goods and assemble exquisite furniture, adding a touch of elegance to our luxury properties.
- Impeccable Maintenance: Maintain pristine cleanliness on-site, including the prompt removal of any graffiti, and ensure the safety and proper installation of shelving, curtain rails, and decorative fixtures.
- Artful Redecorations: Utilize your artistic flair to carry out redecorations as needed, elevating the aesthetic appeal of our properties to the highest standard of luxury.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to safe working practices, Health and Safety Regulations, and COSHH guidelines, safeguarding both yourself and our esteemed clientele.
- Security Measures: Ensure the security of our properties by fitting new locks, fixing doors and windows, and promptly addressing any broken glazing to maintain the integrity of our luxury spaces.
- Technical Proficiency: Conduct regular testing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, and handle minor electrical and plumbing maintenance with finesse and expertise.
- Utility Management: Conduct regular inspections of utilities supplies, provide accurate meter readings, and undertake battery replacements in essential devices to uphold seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting, decorating, and general property maintenance.
