Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing strong relationships with our student customers and will be dedicated to promoting our residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site viewings, including common areas and available show flats.
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties.
  • Answer incoming calls and follow up on potential sales leads.
  • Liaise with head office to confirm the number of viewings and bookings.
  • Forward application forms to interested students.
  • Provide potential students with useful information about the local area.
  • Update the site's social media platforms daily (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Assist in writing reports and analysing data.
  • Create, organize, and manage events on site throughout the academic year.
  • Ensure there is always sufficient marketing material available on site.
  • Encourage and respond to reviews on Google and Student Crowd.
  • Actively promote the residence and any special offers to current and prospective residents during tours, University Open Days, and Housing and Trade show fairs.
  • Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Assistant Accommodation Manager or Accommodation Manager.
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met on site.

  • Strong sales abilities.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and computer literate.
  • Outgoing with a good sense of humour and the ability to apply common sense.
  • Knowledgeable about issues affecting students.
  • Sensitive to and understanding of students' needs.
  • Able to organize and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms.
