CRM Students are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join us during this exciting time on our transformation as we continue to grow both in the UK and across Europe. This role is a permanent positions and will involve training and support. All applicant must have some basic finance experience within a sales ledger/accounts receivable or credit control function previously.

This position will support the finance team with the raising of invoices, allocating and reconciliation of cash received against client accounts. To monitor debtors on a regular basis and follow up and reconcile.


  • Setting up and maintaining clients in the accounting systems
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Ensuring that queries are dealt with promptly
  • Ensuring the correct VAT has been applied to invoices
  • Maintaining accurate Debtors records and follow up outstanding accounts to ensure they are paid within contractual deadlines
  • Collect, reconcile and bank all cash and cheque payments
  • Produce monthly and adhoc reports
  • Undertake any tasks as directed by the Financial Manager
  • Liaise with clients’ and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Carry out end of month system tasks
